Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing timeframes:

Although we aim to process orders right away, some are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. This does not include weekends or holidays. During sales, promotions & holidays processing times can take 2-5 business days. Please note that processing is the timeframe before item is sent for shipping.

Update: Due to covid-19 shipping times could be delayed. 

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking confirmation & certain orders could require signature confirmation upon delivery. It takes 3-5 days for order delivery. We strive to have items at your door sooner but this is the maximum estimated timeframe. Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed and cleared. Syn City Hair Supply reserves the right to change the delivery method listed on this website to a comparable method.

Express (Next Day) Shipping:

We do offer express shipping via FedEx only at this time. Please text before placing an order for express shipping. Place your order before 12pm to have it sent to the carrier same day. If your order is placed after this time, it’s subject to be mailed on the following business day. 

Note: our normal processing times will still apply although we aim to process your order as a priority the same day  

Refunds & returns:

*** No refunds allowed whatsoever. ***

All sales are final. We do not allow refunds due to safety reasons. 

All sales are final on clearance & sale items. 

Wigs, hair products & bundles are final sale. No refund, No exchange allowed.

We do accept exchanges on braid hair or pack hair. We ask to complete exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order online & 1 day for local orders to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within this timeframe will not be considered & will be returned to customer with additional shipping fees added. The product must be returned back in its original condition as it was shipped or picked up from us meaning it cannot be combed, brushed, worn, washed, fingers ran through, cut, colored or altered in any way. Original ties, bands & tags & all packaging must remain in tact as it was shipped or picked up by customer. Please email to start exchange process before returning hair back to us.

Local orders must return in person. Online orders can be mailed or returned in person.

For your protection, we suggest exchanges be sent back via a traceable carrier with signature required. We are not responsible for lost items. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with product exchange transaction including shipping charges. Once received & determine to be in acceptable condition, a store credit will be issued. If item(s) were purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchange/store credit will not qualify for the promotion at the current time.

Errors:
All order errors must be reported via email or contact here page on our website within 3 days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or issue a refund. Incorrect product must be returned to us before the correct product will be reshipped.
If you have tracked your package and there is an error in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact USPS to help you trace your package and open an investigation.

Lost/Stolen:

Syn City Hair Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been released to the carrier. 

Shipping delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather and other natural or environmental factors. We try our best to ship out orders at the specified timeframe listed however we suggest ordering far in advance to prepare for unplanned delays.
